Plac Po Farze is one of the most popular venues for concerts, shows, and gatherings.
This square in Lublin’s Old Town was created after the demolition of the parish church of St. Michael the Archangel. Between 1936 and 1938, the church's foundations were excavated, revealing remnants of ribbed vaults. For many years, outlines of the foundations were visible in several spots on Plac Po Farze. In 1991, the square received its current name. In 2002, the area was redeveloped—church foundations were highlighted, lighting was installed, and paving stones were laid. This allows visitors to see the original size of St. Michael’s Church.
